The 10k journey

Big starts leading to nothing is exactly what I am tired of.

So here's to a small start called the 10k journey. In the next 10 months I plan to shed all the excess weight I have accumulated over the past few years. There will be no big changes to how I live. I will still eat my carbs and I will still have my desert. But I will be mindful of what I eat and drink. I will exercise at my own pace. This means no rash decisions of joining Zumba anytime.

Why do I do this? Because I care how I look. And most importantly I do not like the feeling of being heavy or bloated. It really kills the buzz.

So 10 months to lose 10 kilos. I am at 62.5. The destination is 52.5.
